Cape Coral Florida

Cape Coral is a city located at Lee County, Florida. It is twenty minutes southwest of Fort Myers and twenty minutes north of Fort Myers Beach. The first building that the Rosen Brothers built was a four-plex at the corner of Coronado and Cape Coral Parkway. Such building served as the Rosen’s company headquarters and the temporary home of Cape Coral’s first permanent resident, Kenny Schwartz, the Rosens’ new general manager.The Rosen Brothers built over 1,300 buildings, 80 miles of road and 160 miles of canals. Today, cape Coral has a system of over 400 miles of canals.
